Rules

Because of the popular response to daily contests, we limit contest winners to one (1) winner per household per sixty (60) days. If a person tries to participate in a contest and has already won in the past sixty (60) days, they will only receive a letter alerting them of their last win date, and their next eligibility date.

Prizes won from WOCA NewsTalk 1370 are NOT refundable, returnable, or exchangeable for cash. The value of each prize varies and all prize details are regulated by the prize provider. There may be times when, because of limited supply, the announced prize is not available. If that situation should occur, a prize of equal or lesser value will be presented.

Employees of WOCA NewsTalk 1370 AM and Westshore Broadcasting along with their direct live-in family members are NOT eligible to win contests held by WOCA.
